Calming Affect
Dear Dr. Rimmer,
I don't know how all you're other patients feel, but since we first met with you about Evan’s surgery, you have this calming affect that made me feel that everything was going to be all right. You took my fear away. As a parent of an only child, that is the world! Thank you so much for being such a wonderful surgeon, and a wonderfully kind person. When they made you they broke the mold!! A lot of doctors in this town could learn by your example!
