Research

Mucosal cell dynamics in the mastomys model of histamine induced duodenal ulceration, the role of Helicobacter pylori.

My project involved investigating cell proliferation and migration in the duodenal mucosa of the Praomys Natalensis (Mastomys) animal model of histamine induced duodenal ulcer, and the effect of factors including steroids and colloidal bismuth.
