A VACCINE That can Prevent Breast Cancer From Returning
We were reading some articles online and came across this. Australian scientists have developed a vaccine that can prevent breast cancer from returning. We could be seeing this new vaccine put to use in as little as five years.
This has been successfully tested on 31 women, and the results are very promising. Get this, returning cancer rate dropped from 60% to 12% over a 15 year period.
One of the scientists behind the breakthrough, Burnet Institute Professor Ian McKenzie, hopes that one day every woman will get the vaccine to prevent breast cancer.
